Our Team

Prashanth Kovuri

With a background in Engineering and an MBA from MDI, Gurgaon, he brings a solid foundation to his role. Before joining Zen Money Group, he accrued experience with Tech Mahindra in both India and Europe.

He leads the Corporate Insurance Vertical, managing diverse portfolios across sectors such as Software, Energy, Pharma, Healthcare, Logistics, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Hospitality, among others, including insurance for Stressed Assets.

Prabhakar Pasumarthy

With over 33 years of extensive experience in both public and private sector insurance companies such as United India Insurance, ICICI Lombard, IFFCO Tokyo, SBI General Insurance, and Royal Sundaram General Insurance, he brings a wealth of expertise to the table.

His proficiency covers various facets of insurance, including Risk Assessment, Underwriting, and Claims Management & Settlement. Throughout his career, he has managed diverse portfolios encompassing Property, Non-Marine, and Group Medical Cover (GMC) policies for prominent clients such as Gland Pharma, Hetero Drugs, Laurus Labs, Navabharat Ventures, HBL Batteries, KSK Group, Mytrah Energies, NCC Limited, L&T Metro, and others.

Suresh Kolla

He has over 38 years experience in The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd and headed one of their largest divisional offices as a Senior Divisional Manager.

He has rich experience in different business domains with special focus on UnderWriting and Claims Management & Processing.

Ramu Kandi

Bringing over 19 years of experience in Financial Services, with a focus on Risk Management and Insurance, he holds a wealth of expertise. He has deep comprehension of Compliance and extensive track record in handling regulatory affairs concerning IRDA.

Certified as an Insurance & Reinsurance Broker from NIA – Pune, he has more than 10 years of practical experience across different areas of Insurance, spanning Sales, Advisory and Compliance.

Pratap Kantheti

With over 28 years of experience, he is a qualified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds an MBA with a specialisation in Finance. His expertise spans stockbroking, wealth management, insurance, mutual funds, risk management, and beyond, showcasing a deep understanding of the financial services industry.

His extensive experience and qualifications have equipped him with a deep understanding of financial markets and the investing landscape in India. Known for his attention to detail and conservative business approach, he is highly regarded for his comprehensive knowledge and skill set in analysing complex problems and simplifying solutions.
